Returns and order cancellations
These terms regulate the procedure and deadlines for cancelling orders and returning products purchased from Crozia online store, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- Right to Cancel a Distance Contract
Deadline: The consumer has the right to cancel the order without stating a reason within 14 days days from the date of receiving the goods.
Notification: To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (by email or via the contact form on the site), stating:- First and last name,

- Conditions for Product Returns
Hygiene Requirements: Due to the nature of cosmetic products and in view of hygiene requirements, returns are only possible if the product has not been opened, not been used, and is in its original, undamaged packaging.
Restriction: Products that have been unsealed, used, or have the integrity of their packaging compromised are not subject to return, according to Art. 57, item 5 of the CPA.
- Method of Return
Shipping: After confirmation from our side, the customer must send the products back to the specified address.
- Costs: The return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a wrongly shipped or defective product..
- Recommendation: It is recommended that products be returned using a courier service that provides parcel tracking.
- Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and check the returned products, their value will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt, in the same manner as the payment was made (unless otherwise agreed).
Right to Withhold: Crozia reserves the right to withhold the refunduntil the products are received back or proof that they have been shipped is provided. - Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Products
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, Crozia will replace the item free of charge, with all transportation costs being borne by the company.
